Terms of services

Please read it thoroughly before you proceed in order to avoid running into problems or causing any misunderstandings, thank you!

General

⭐️ I have the right to decline a commission request if I feel uncomfortable or unsure about the character or the theme.⭐️ I do not accept NSFW.⭐️ I may work on my personal project as same time as I work on your commission.⭐️ Provide me with the full finished character design that is drawn by you or other artists. Make sure you have the right to use the providing design if it is not made by you. If you submit unfinished character design that I need to add touches on, I’ll charge an additional fee.⭐️ Rush commission will be charged an additional fee and can be discussed depends on the delivery time you request.

Payment

⭐️ Upfront payment only in general. If you really need a payment plan, kindly consult in dm before sending your request.⭐️ You will receive your invoice after I checked the references and accepted your order. This process might take some time, so please be patient.⭐️ I will be working only after your payments are settled.⭐️ Only participate in any transaction if you can pay off on your ability (have your own credit card and never use someone else’s card especially your parents’ if they are not aware and have not consented).

Workflows and revisions

⭐️ Any mistakes made by me will be corrected free of charge.⭐️ There are 3 stages in my commission, Sketch, Line art, and Rendering.⭐️ WIP of the sketch will be provided for revision and approval. Any changes and adjustments can only be made at this stage. (Does not apply for Surprise me type of commission)⭐️ At the point of sketching, you are welcome to make big changes. (Does not apply for Surprise me type of commission)⭐️ Process for the line art and render phase are not provided unless asked for. (Does not apply for Surprise me type of commission)⭐️ Extra fees will be charged if you want additional revision. (Does not apply for Surprise me type of commission)

Deadlines and delivery

⭐️ It usually takes about 2 weeks to 3 months from start to finish, but depends on the queue and complexity.⭐️ I may take longer at any unpredictable circumstances, however I will keep updating and contacting you if I may not be able to work on normal time range.

Use

⭐️ You must credit Aquacha if you want to post or use my work in any of the platforms.DO NOT
⭐️ Claim the work as yours.
⭐️ Edit, distribute, repost, trace and modify my work.
⭐️ Use commercially without prior agreement.
⭐️ Use my work as NFTs or in AI related technologies.

Intellectual Property Rights

⭐️ I retain the full rights to the artwork and may post it on my portfolio or another website/SNS. Please discuss me beforehand for privatisation of personal commission, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.⭐️ Do not claim the artwork as yours.⭐️ Both personal and commercial works done by Aquacha are NOT authorised for use in any AI related and blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

Refund

⭐️ You can receive a full refund if I have not started your commission at all.⭐️ No refunds will be given if I have already started or completed the commission.⭐️ Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.
